1. Who processes your data

Ivritix Hebrew school. For any question about your data write to ivritix.school@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Name, phone number and email — to contact you and keep your learning record.
• Telegram identifier — so the bot recognises you and can send reminders.
• Hebrew level, test results, attendance and progress — to teach you and to show you your own report.
• Payment history: amounts, dates, transaction numbers, payment method. We never receive or store bank card details.
• The link you arrived through — to understand which advertising works.

3. Why we process it

To deliver the service you paid for: enrolling you in lessons, recording attendance, taking payment, issuing and reminding about invoices, showing your progress and answering your messages. We process data to the extent needed to perform our contract with you and to meet legal requirements, including accounting and tax rules.

4. Who we share it with

• allpay (allpay.co.il) — payment provider: name, phone, email and the payment amount. Card details are entered on their page.
• Telegram — our bot runs there and messages are delivered through it.
• Google — if you sign in to your account with Google, we receive your name and email address.
• Zoom — the platform where live lessons take place.
• Government authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.

5. How long we keep it

Learning data: while you study and for three years after your last lesson, so that we can issue a certificate or recall your history. Financial records: seven years, as required by Israeli law.

6. How we protect it

Only the school owner and the administrator have access to the database; access is password protected and the connection to the site is encrypted. Teachers see only their own students and the attendance of their own lessons.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct an inaccuracy or delete your data, and withdraw consent to messages. Write to ivritix.school@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. Some records — financial documents — must be kept by law even after a deletion request.

8. Children

We teach adults. A student under 18 is enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who also accepts this policy.

9. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies that remember that you are signed in to your account. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and students will be notified by email or through the bot.
