1. Who provides the service

2. What we sell

A monthly subscription to Hebrew learning for 199 ILS per month, VAT included. The subscription covers scheduled speaking club sessions with a teacher, access to the vocabulary trainer, and a personal account showing learning progress.

Sold separately: lessons in live groups (paid as packages of lessons) and the video course “100 Verbs” (a one-time purchase). Their prices are shown before payment.

3. Trial lesson

There is no free trial period: access opens after payment. The first lesson may be taken as a trial — it lasts 30 minutes and costs 40 ILS, half the price of a regular lesson, paid in advance. If the lesson does not take place through the school's fault, the payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment and automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically: 199 ILS is charged to the saved card every month until the student cancels. The billing date matches the date of the first payment.

Payments are processed by allpay (allpay.co.il). Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page; the school never sees or stores them.

We accept cards, Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT.

5. How to cancel

The subscription can be cancelled at any time by the student, without phone calls or emails: the personal account has a “Cancel subscription” button. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges are made.

Access to lessons and materials remains until the end of the month already paid for. Money for the unused part of a paid month is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Statutory cancellation rights

Consumer rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, apply regardless of these terms, including the right to cancel a transaction within the statutory period and to receive a refund in the cases the law provides. To exercise them, write to ivritix.school@gmail.com.

7. Changes to price and terms

We may change the subscription price or what it includes with at least 30 days’ notice by email or through the bot. If the new price does not suit you, the subscription can be cancelled before it takes effect; a period already paid for keeps the old price.

8. What we expect from students

Access to lessons and materials is personal: it may not be shared with other people, lessons may not be recorded or redistributed, and learning materials may not be published. In case of serious breach of these rules, or disrespectful behaviour towards a teacher or other students, we may end access and refund the unused part of the paid period.

9. Lessons, reschedules and cancellations

The speaking club schedule is published in advance. If a session is cancelled on our side, it is rescheduled or compensated by extending the subscription. A session missed by the student is not compensated or rescheduled.

10. Liability

We teach a language and do not guarantee a specific result: it depends on the student’s own work. We are not liable for connectivity issues or for the operation of Telegram, Zoom and the payment provider, but we do our best to report problems and restore access quickly.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in correspondence is subject to the courts at the school’s place of registration.
